- December 2023 The 5's had a lot going on the month of December on top of learning new letters (H and R) & numbers (9 and 10). We also had review week, reviewing letters E, H, R, and numbers 8, 9, 10. This month, we had our winter program and the kids did amazing! Some of them even had speaking parts. For doing such a great job, we spoiled them with donuts and a fun Christmas movie! The month ended with Christmas parties, a visit from Mrs. Claus, and lots of dancing! We hope everyone had a great Christmas and a happy new year. We are so excited for what the upcoming months have in store!
- November 2023 November was filled with fall festivities. We learned new letters N, C, K and numbers 5, 6, 7. We worked on our Christmas ornaments for the Christmas Tree Festival. We have been preparing for our Christmas program next month with our songs and skit. The Thanksgiving feast was so yummy and all of the kids went home stuffed. We hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving break and we look forward to seeing what fun December brings!
- October 2023 5's Half-Day had a lot of fun learning new letters, numbers, and celebrating our Fall party in the month of October! We learned letters T, I, P, and numbers 2, 3, 4. For letter P week, we had pancakes, pizza, popcorn, pajamas, pumpkin pie and a "P" movie. To end the month, we celebrated with a visit from the good witch (who read us a book), we went trick or treat around the preschool, and we played a mummy game! It was a great month, but we are excited for what November has in store!
- September 2023 We had a great first month of school! Our month was filled with lots of learning and meeting new friends! The first week we spent a lot of time learning all about preschool, talking about classroom rules, and meeting new friends! The second week, we focused more on getting to know the kiddos with a lot of "All About Me" activities. We began learning the alphabet and numbers, too! September flew by, but we are so excited for October!
