Program Choices for Infants and Toddlers:

• Infants are charged a full weekly rate regardless of the number of days they attend.
• Toddlers can attend 3, 4 or 5 days each week.

Early Head Start Program:

In 2015, Shawnee Weekday Early Learning Center partnered with West Ohio Community Action Partnership, formally known as Lima Allen Council on Community Affairs (LACCA) to provide Early Head start to children ages 6 weeks through 3 years whose families meet the requirement qualifications. WOCAP and Shawnee Weekday work together to provide comprehensive health, education and nutrition services to encourage the healthy development of children from low-income families. Program Choices for Three, Four and Five Year Olds

Part time preschool (only) is available as follows:

• 3 year old AM Session 9 am – noon| Monday — Thursday
• 4 year old AM Session 9 am – noon | Monday — Friday
• 4 year old PM Session 1-4 pm | Monday — Friday
• 5 year old AM Session 9 am – noon pm | Monday — Friday

Extended day preschool is available as follows:

• Monday-Friday | anytime between 6 am and 6 pm. We also offer a 3 and 4 day attendance options.

Program Choices for Latchkey

We provide latchkey services for children  Kindergarten-4th grade who attend Shawnee or Cridersville Schools.

Enrollment Requirements

Infants must be 6 weeks old prior to their enrollment. Children ages 3 and older enrolling at the Childcare Preschool Building must be fully potty trained. All children must have a physical examination from a licensed physician or nurse practitioner within 30 days of enrollment and annually thereafter. An Immunization Record, Health Information and Emergency Transportation Authorization Form must also be completed. We also require Pick Up Authorization, Routine Walking and Photography release forms to be completed. The forms are available at registration. A non-refundable registration/supply fee of $50 is due at the time of registration. A space for your child will not be held until the fee is paid. There is an additional fee to hold a space for an unborn infant.
