Each of our Lead and Assistant Teachers have been carefully selected based on the education and experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children. They all have training specific to the age they serve and many areas of child development and safety. Each year, our staff members receive at least 15 hours of Ohio Approved training or 30 hours per biennium, as well as maintain certifications in first aid, CPR, child abuse, and communicable disease. Most of our staff also have college degrees and/or Child Development Associates (CDA).
